Free Fire OB46 Update: New Features, Characters, Changes and More

As we know, Garena works tirelessly to make Free Fire the best game in the world. For this reason, they regularly introduce new updates, each with exciting features. One of these updates is the newly introduced OB46 update. Many Free Fire players were eagerly awaiting this release.

The most exciting part of the OB46 update in Garena Free Fire is the addition of a new character named Lila. As a Gloo Wall artist, she likes to find hidden spots in the city. She also has special tactical skills that will make the game even more exciting.

Special Ability – Gloo Strike

Lila is a Gloo artist, and her special ability is called “Gloo Strike.” She can use rifles to slow down enemies and their vehicles. When an enemy is hit by her, their speed reduces by 10%. If she hits a vehicle, its speed reduces by 50% for 3 seconds.

She can also freeze an enemy for 35 seconds if she knocks them down while they are slowed. After using her ability, she goes into a 10-second cooldown and gains an extra Gloo wall. If you like to play in a well-planned way, Lila might be a great choice for you.

In the OB46 update, a new gameplay feature called the Gloo Nova was introduced. This feature is available in both Battle Royale (BR) and Clash Squad (CS) modes. The Gloo Nova offers several new tools and features, which we will discuss here.

Gloo Gadgets

There are now up to four different Gloo Wall gadgets available in the game. Each gadget has its own special ability.

Lavish Gadget

Whenever you put up a Gloo Wall, the gadget gives random rewards. These rewards can include EP, money, and other items.

Wrecking Gadget

This gadget increases the damage to Gloo Walls by 50%. This can make them explode or be destroyed, which will hurt the enemy.

Scanner Gadget

You can use this gadget to scan nearby enemies, but it only works for a short time.

Defender Gadget

This gadget strengthens your Gloo Wall and automatically puts up a protective wall if you get knocked down.

Gloo Arsenals and Gloo Airdrops

This is a time during the game when all arsenals and airdrops will be covered in Gloo. If you want to access them, you’ll need to break through the Gloo Wall around them.

To make the game more exciting and interesting for players, the OB46 update has also introduced a new Clash Squad Ranked Season 26. This season comes with several changes.

• To make things clearer, it offers new MVP effects and better enemy outlines.
• The game has also become more tactical. New limits have been placed on reaching high places, and new route guidance features have been added.
• Additionally, players will now earn cash on their first knockdown.

Character Reworks

Xayne, Andrew “The Fierce” and Lequeta have got some rework on their skills. This has been done with balance tweaks for D-Bee, K, Antonio, Maro and Orion.

Weapon Adjustment

Scythe has a new charged attack. Performance for weapons like AC80, M4A1, SVD-Y, M60, M24 and AUG.

Buffs

Vector, Double Vector, AK47, Charge Buster and M249 have buffs.

Nerfs

The Woodpecker, Trogon and XM8 have got Nerfs.

This update has made it possible for players to get new pets with gold which is a free currency.
